Great machine to do the Is basic movements with good form and many reps

Overall a good piece of equipment. Could use longer horns so you can put more plates on.

For the price, this is an awesome squat machine which is very verstaile as well. It does not take up much space, its inexpensive, its easy to put together, and its built like a brick **** house. BTW you can do militery presses as well.

Awesome Machine!

This is the best alternative to free squatting, much safer and more anatomically correct. Will save your back and knees AND is safe to use on your own!

This is squat rack is well designed

My concern when I bought this if it would be sturdy enough. Putting it together was not as simple as they suggest. Make sure you keep everything loose and do not tighten any bolts down until it is fully assembled. Once assembled it is very sturdy. The angle of the platform that you stand on it is very hard getting used in essentially leaning backwards about 20. It is supposed to be better on your back and knees that way. Do not expect to squat as much in this position as you would a standing squat.
