Love this equipment and it is extremely versatile. It was purchased to be used by myself at 42 and my son at 12. The thought and design that went into this bench Allows both he and I to utilize every function of this bench including many attachments. Attached picture is my twelve-year-old son, body built by Powertec And he loves it

My first and last Olympic bench.

Putting it together by myself it’s a bit tiring. Overall took me just about an hour to assemble. The bench is comfy and functional. And with the optional attachments it’s very versatile. I’m happy with my purchase and look forward to getting more attachments for it.
