Worth the investment and more!! Solid build and counter-weighted for Full-Body security! Will take some time to learn all the right-settings/positions over time... Still, I've been wanting to purchase this for so many years and Back + Abs efforts are paying off!!!!

Solid machine

I was very pleased when I started using the machine that it didn’t move at all. I’m 6’ n 230lbs and fell very safe from not toppling over on this machine. I highly recommend it
