Great Addition

This Pec Fly Attachment is a great addition to my garage gym. The range of motion is smooth, and allows for a deep controlled stretch during the exercise. I like the different way it engages my pectorals, in symphony with inclined dumbbell flys, and my pec deck during my chest workout. The Pec Fly Attachment is a quality piece of equipment; solidly constructed, and an ease to assemble.
